This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice describes how Biohax LLC (“Biohax,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares “consumer health data” as defined under applicable consumer health privacy laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Health Information Privacy Notice.
