Influencer Program Terms

These terms apply to the Biohax affiliate program run by Biohax DNA Supplements, LLC (“Biohax,” “we,” “us”). By joining, you agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining

You need a Biohax account, a confirmed email address and to be at least 18. There is no application review: your link and discount code are ready once your email is confirmed. We may pause or close an affiliate account that breaks these terms.

2. Your link and code

You choose a link name of 3 to 20 letters or numbers. It becomes your link (biohax.com/r/yourname) and your discount code. Some names are reserved. You can change your name once every 30 days, and links with your earlier names keep crediting you.

3. Commissions

You earn a percentage of what your customer pays for their supplement plan:

• 15% on the 4 Week Plan
• 16% on the 4 Cycle Plan
• 17% on the Annual Plan

Commissions are calculated on the amount paid for the plan after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. You earn on the first order and on every renewal for as long as that customer stays subscribed and your affiliate account is in good standing. Orders funded by a practice or provider program don’t earn commission.

4. Your audience’s discount

Your code gives a new customer the same percentage off their first order: 15%, 16% or 17%, depending on the plan. One code applies per order, and the discount doesn’t apply to renewals.

5. How referrals are credited

• An order placed with your code is credited to you.
• Without a code, an order is credited to the most recent affiliate link the customer visited in that visit, or within 30 days if they allowed marketing cookies.
• You can’t earn on your own purchases or use your own code.
• Our records decide which affiliate, if any, is credited for an order.

6. Approval, refunds and disputes

A commission stays pending for 30 days after the order is paid, then is approved automatically. If an order is refunded, the commission is removed, or reduced to match a partial refund. A commission is held while a payment dispute is open and removed if the dispute is lost. If a refund or lost dispute comes after we paid you, we may deduct it from future commissions.

7. Payouts

We pay approved commissions monthly by PayPal to the email in your Affiliate Center, with no minimum. Keep that email current; we aren’t responsible for payments sent to an address you gave us. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask for tax information, such as a Form W-9, before paying you and may report payments as the law requires.

8. Promoting Biohax

• Clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link or code, as the FTC requires.
• Describe Biohax accurately. Don’t say a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, don’t give medical advice, and don’t present ingredient research as proof of what a finished product does.
• Don’t send spam, make misleading offers, or pose as Biohax or as a Biohax employee.
• Don’t bid on Biohax names or trademarks in paid search, or register domains or social accounts that use them, without our written permission.
• Don’t generate clicks or orders artificially. Commissions from fraud are not earned and may lead to a closed account.

9. Our brand

While you are an affiliate, you may use the Biohax name to promote Biohax under these terms. We may ask you to change or remove content that doesn’t follow them.

10. Your relationship with Biohax

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or partner of Biohax, and you can’t make commitments on our behalf.

11. Your information

We use your account details, link activity and payout email to run the program, and we share them with the service providers that help us track and pay commissions, as our Privacy Policy describes. Customers you refer are never shown to you by name or contact details.

12. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the commission rates. We’ll email you before a change takes effect, and commissions on orders placed before the change follow the earlier terms. You can stop being an affiliate at any time by emailing us. If your account is closed, commissions that were approved before closing are paid unless they came from a breach of these terms.

13. Everything else

The limitations of liability, dispute resolution and governing law sections of our Terms of Service apply to the affiliate program.
